When will my order be shipped?

Ans. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Shipping for customized pieces will take longer, anywhere between 10-15 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the carriers website. Alternatively, you can check your order status by clicking on My account.


What are gift cards?

Ans. Gift Cards are just like money but restricted to a certain amount. Each card has a unique code, which can be used during purchase. You can gift a card to your friends and relatives for a certain amount that they will inturn use for a purchase on MirrorWhite.com. Gift Cards have a validity of one year from the date of purchase and can be bought in several denominations.

 

RETURNS

Can I return an order?

Ans. You can return a piece of jewelry that is unworn and not damaged within 15 days of delivery of your product for a full refund or credit. Please ensure you make the return request by calling us on +91 9008423121 within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include your original invoice with the package and also state the reason of return in the return form available under our return policy. Please note, items showing any signs of wear and tear will not qualify for a refund or credit . Customized orders will be final sale only.


How can I ship my return back to MirrorWhite?

Ans. All return expenses will have to be borne by you. Once you call us and confirm your return, our courier person will come and pick up the items from you. Please read our return policy for complete details on how to return a product. 


What if I can’t find my original invoice?

Ans. Please use the order confirmation email that was sent to you after your purchase. We cannot process your order without the printed confirmation.


Did you receive my return?

Ans. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Please allow 15-20 days to process your return and refund the full amount back to you.

 

PROMOTIONS

Can I apply a promotion code to any order I place?

Ans. Promotion Codes can only be applied on non-sale items on the website. It is  not applicable on gift cards and sale items.

 

Are any items excluded from the promotions?

Ans. In general, promotion codes cannot be used with gift cards, items on sale, and customized jewelry.

Ans. We currently are using the PAYU payment gateway and accept Visa, Mastercard, all major Debit Cards and cash on delivery.
