India Shipping & Processing Times

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Somtimes, due to delays in payment authorization, unavoidable circumstances, and other natural calamities an order might take a little longer to ship. Shipping for customized pieces will take longer, anywhere between 15-20 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the carriers website. Alternatively, you can check your order status by clicking on My account or Order Status.

India Delivery

All orders on receipt require a signature and an ID proof. Orders within India are shipped by FEDEX between 9 AM - 5 PM Monday to Saturday. To ensure that your order reaches you safely, we only use reputed courier services.Our Customer service representative will call you if we require any further information regarding the order. Upon delivery, if you believe the package is tampered with or destroyed, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our call centre at +91 9008423121 or email us at [email protected] mentioning your order number. We will try our best to replace your order at the earliest. All orders are insured and the recipient must keep a photocopy of one of the following ids 

1) Pan Card

2) Voters ID

3) Pasport

4) Driving License

 

India Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping within India for all orders above Rs.2000. For orders below Rs.2000 shipping charges vary between Rs.100 to Rs.200. For remote areas within India, shipping charges will be anywhere between Rs. 150 to Rs.250.
